This Refund and Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and digital purchases are handled across our store.

Digital Products

Most books purchased through MIDAD are digital products. This includes titles from categories such as Business and Entrepreneurship, Management and Leadership, Money and Investment, Trading and Technical Analysis, Real Estate, Business Development, Best Sellers, New Releases, and Book Bundles.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may become available immediately after purchase, they are generally not eligible for return or refund once access or download has been provided through My Library.

Customers are encouraged to review the book title, description, category, format, and other available product details carefully before completing a purchase.

Duplicate or Incorrect Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital book more than once or receive access to a different product from the one you ordered, please contact our support team. We will review the order and provide an appropriate solution where the issue is confirmed.

Technical Issues

If a purchased book cannot be accessed, downloaded, or opened due to a technical issue related to MIDAD, customers should contact us with their order details. We will first attempt to restore access or resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be corrected within a reasonable period, a refund or alternative solution may be considered.

Book Bundles

Book Bundles contain multiple digital titles sold together as one purchase. Once access to a bundle or any included book has been provided, the bundle is generally not eligible for return or partial refund unless there is a confirmed technical or order related problem.

Order Cancellations

A digital order may only be cancelled before the purchased content has been made available or accessed. Once a book becomes available in My Library, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution used for the transaction.

Contact and Review

Refund requests should include the customer name, order information, and a clear explanation of the issue. Each request will be reviewed fairly based on the circumstances of the purchase.

MIDAD | مِداد may update this Refund and Return Policy when our services, products, or business requirements change.

",
